The Jobsiest Job Site

Jobs.ie is a leading Irish recruitment platform amongst Generation Z and Millennials seeking roles in hospitality, retail, childcare, construction, and manufacturing. Against increasing competition our job was to make it more culturally relevant to younger jobseekers again.

Around for some time, the brand didn’t have a particularly strong brand identity in the eyes of jobseekers, who increasingly cited other international brands as their go-to brands.

Asserting differentiation through language, we devised a unique campaign idea -“The Jobsiest Jobs Site” – that builds the brand name into a claim of superiority and creates its own vocabulary. Energetic and telling it like it is, the campaign avoided category clichés and works for both sides of the market – those looking for a job and those filling a vacancy.
