<p>Everyday, 21,000 children die from preventable causes. The death<br />
of 21,000 children is a statistic. The death of one child is a tragedy.</p>
<p>To express the personal stories of tragedy that lie behind each of<br />
these deaths, we designed this preventable death column to run<br />
alongside our Just One appeal for UNICEF.</p>
<p>It won the NNI ad of the month in November 2011.</p>

With several radio executions, a highly targeted digital campaign and some very single minded posters across Ireland – it would be hard for anyone to have avoided our yodeling over the summer months.  Early indications are that it is having a very positive effect on awareness levels for the product. Therefore we love it . Cuckoo.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In 2010 we set out on a journey with the team in UNICEF Ireland. The task? To work together to deliver a dynamic, compelling campaign asking the people of Ireland to give us just one euro over a 2-3 week campaign.</p>
<p>There were numerous challenges along the way including helping to negotiate free media, wrangling celebrity imagery and then creating one-off creative for each media from table mats in IKEA to a poster at the O2 for Lady Gaga. And we used every single media made available to us.</p>
<p>The digital personalized viral film we created reached three quarters of the countries in the world.  Featuring Brian Dobson, Roger Moore, Charlie Bird, Liam Neeson, Jedward, Dustin, Donncha O Callaghan, Nicky Byrne, Cecelia Ahern  (and with a stunning cameo from our Account Director Annabel’s mum, Joyce) it brought our message to the masses.</p>

<p>In total the work raised the UNICEF brand profile by over 50 percentage points in one month and over €600,000 to stop children needlessly dying from preventable causes. The UNICEF Believe in Zero mission came a little closer to its goal.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Targeting board-level advertising agency Directors and Marketing Directors within Ireland’s top brands, the objective of this Direct Marketing campaign was to deliver a message, with real resonance, to a very savvy audience. We knew acknowledgment of their status was important to them. The mailing was thus designed as a reward for those that An Post have good relationships with, and as a door-opener to those who did not have any relationship with the Mail Media Unit of An Post.</p>
<p>During a meeting with one of our clients, a question was posed:  “Can we just use the faces of the people we want to target, or is that too spooky?”  The net result was a really charming “Personalised Stamps” mailing, which created something that Director-level targets would feel genuinely spoke to them, while also creating a peer to peer buzz.</p>
<p>Unprompted feedback from one of the recipients of the piece reads as follows: “Got your Celtic Tiger Mailing today, very nice piece, well executed, great idea. Well done to all involved. Award winning potential.” We are delighted to report that this was a perceptive comment, as the campaign has since won Gold in the Loyalty Section of the 2011 IDMA awards, as well as the Overall Best Creative award.</p>
